SkyBridge Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

SkyBridge® is operated by Front Edge Software (the "Vendor", "we"), based in Victoria, Australia. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@skybridge.net.au.

2. What we collect

We collect and process only what the platform needs to operate:

The content of RPC calls passing through the platform is carried, not kept: payloads are relayed between consumers and services and are not stored by the platform.

3. Why we process it

We process personal information to provide the service you signed up for (operating your account, carrying calls, billing, and paying service owners), to secure the platform (authentication, fraud and abuse prevention, security auditing), and to meet legal obligations (tax and financial record-keeping). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who receives it

We share personal information only with the processors that run the platform: Stripe (payments, payouts, and tax calculation — see Stripe's own privacy policy), and Microsoft Azure (hosting, email delivery, and diagnostics). We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Where it is processed

The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Information may be processed in Australia and in the United States, under Microsoft's and Stripe's standard data-protection safeguards.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You can see and correct your account information on your profile page at any time. You can permanently delete your profile from the profile page; deletion removes your personal details and the resources you own, and anonymizes the financial records the law obliges us to keep. Where privacy law grants you additional rights — such as access, portability, restriction, or complaint to a supervisory authority — you can exercise them by contacting us at the address above. Australian users may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; users elsewhere may contact their local authority.

8. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Children

SkyBridge is a business platform and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are announced through the platform's notification system.

Effective date: 25 August 2026.
